Konto löschen

Du kannst dein FourForty-CLUB-Konto jederzeit selbst löschen, direkt in der App:

  1. Öffne die App, tippe auf «Profil» und dann auf «Einstellungen».
  2. Tippe ganz unten auf «Konto löschen» und bestätige.

Dein Profil, deine Matches, Nachrichten und hochgeladenen Dateien werden endgültig gelöscht; Kopien in Sicherungen werden innert 30 Tagen überschrieben. Belege zu Käufen behalten wir so lange, wie das Gesetz es vorschreibt. Ein laufendes Gold-CLUB-Abo kündigst du zusätzlich in deinem Apple- oder Google-Konto — die Löschung des Kontos beendet das Abo nicht von selbst.

Kein Zugriff mehr auf die App? Schreib uns von der E-Mail-Adresse oder mit der Telefonnummer, mit der du dich angemeldet hast, an privacy@fourfortyclub.ch, Betreff «Konto löschen». Wir löschen das Konto innert 30 Tagen und bestätigen dir das per E-Mail.

Delete your account

You can delete your FourForty CLUB account yourself at any time, directly in the app:

  1. Open the app, tap "Profil", then "Einstellungen".
  2. Tap "Konto löschen" at the bottom and confirm.

Your profile, matches, messages and uploaded files are deleted permanently; copies in backups are overwritten within 30 days. We keep records of purchases for as long as the law requires. A running Gold CLUB subscription must be cancelled separately in your Apple or Google account — deleting the account does not end it by itself.

No longer have access to the app? Write to privacy@fourfortyclub.ch from the e-mail address or with the phone number you signed up with, subject "Delete account". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
